You are responsible for the day-to-day running of our city base in Hamburg. Your main responsibilities are:
Be the first point of contact for operational questions during your shift in the city base.
Communicate with various stakeholders, including shift managers, suppliers, landlords, recipients, neighbours.
Monitor and steer daily processes (i.e. receiving of supplier deliveries, putaway, picking, packing, delivery, returns) and improve them continuously.
Solve unexpected problems independently.
Pick & deliver orders.
Help define best-in-class warehouse layouts, processes, systems and management practices together with the operations team.
