You support Dropp’s hyperlocal warehousing & last-mile delivery operation end-to-end. Your main responsibilities are:
Pick and pack e-commerce orders using our picking app & operations dashboard.
Deliver orders by e-cargo bike (no heavy backpacks!) within a 7km-radius of our city bases, meeting our delivery promise and making the recipient happy through excellent service.
Receive & sort supplier deliveries from shops to the city base.
Track and solve operational errors through software and manual checks.
Call or write to recipients to solve problems.

Dropp operates hyper local warehouses in the heart of German cities to provide same-day delivery within 3 hours, scheduled delivery and scheduled returns. We deploy our own fleet of riders with e-cargo bikes to ensure on time and environment friendly deliveries.
