Business Development Manager (f/m/d)

Your mission
  • Support Dropp's Head of Business Development in defining our ideal customer profile, build up a funnel of prospective B2B customers and close them
  • Plan and set up sales campaigns in close collaboration with the Marketing team and carry out sales analyses
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with other logistics companies, SaaS companies or marketing agencies
  • Build relationships with existing as well as prospective customers to establish an active dialogue with decision makers of our target customers with the ultimate goal of fully understanding their requirements 
  • Provide feedback received from existing and prospective customers to our Product Team to support them in continuously improving our product  
  • Build customer success stories with our customers to show the impact of our service
  • Strive for continuous improvement and look for new and innovative ways to increase customer acquisition through strategic growth initiatives

Your profile
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in top-tier Strategy Consulting or a Business Development or B2B Sales team, preferably in the eCommerce or Tech industry 
  • You come with an entrepreneurial mindset and an uncompromising customer obsession
  • You are fluent in German and English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are an absolute team player

Dropp operates hyper local warehouses in the heart of German cities to provide same-day delivery within 3 hours, scheduled delivery and scheduled returns. We deploy our own fleet of riders with e-cargo bikes to ensure on time and environment friendly deliveries.
